THE BAT REMOVAL SPECIALIST

Our 2 year warranty covers all labor and materials costs for work completed by ABR only. Any damage caused to final seal (bat proof) by animals or birds, storms, fire, vandalism, acts of God (hurricanes, lighting) failing or aging roof materials and/or any alterations made to structure by contractors such as pressure washing, roof repairs etc.…which result in the re-colonization of bats will void the warranty. Warranty does not go into effect until final payment has been received.  Warranty does not cover costs for rental equipment. Any call back after one initial visit to a completed project which are not the result of or problems pertaining to bats or any work done by ABR is subject to a service call fee of $150.00. Warranty may be extended after expiration date on an annual basis at 15% of the original total cost of the project or at a cost deemed appropriate reflecting the conditions of the structure. ABR reserves the right to refuse any extended warranty request once the initial warranty has expired.
